Napas Bourassa Vineyards Holds Chili Cook Off, Wine Tasting
Napa, CA (PRWEB) July 19, 2012
One of Napas most distinguished wineries for reserve wines and wine varietals, Bourassa Vineyards is thrilled to announces its Chili Cook Off and Wine Tasting on July 21. From noon to 3 p.m., guests at the Chili Cook Off may enjoy live music, BBQ sausage and zinfandel barrel tastings. The cost to attend is $ 25, with wine club members receiving a discount.
Join us as we judge 10 different chilies, enjoy zinfandel out of the barrel and support Napa Valley Hospice by participating in our silent auction! Dana Perry of Bourassa Vineyards said.
The chili cook off is limited to 10 participants, with an entry fee of $ 20. Participants will receive an apron and a hat, and prizes will be given to those who place first, second and third. Bourassa Vineyards currently only has two spots left for the competition. Register now and mention this advertisement to have the entry fee waived.
For 10 years, Bourassa’s winemaking philosophy has been simple: create something special; something that anyone would be proud to share with friends and family.

About Bourassa Vineyards
Bourassa Vineyards produces 3,500 cases per year, and much of the winery’s attention is devoted to the five bordeaux varietals: Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Merlot and Petit Verdot. Additionally, Bourassa produces a port made via the Solera system – a system that uses fractional blending in such a way that the finished port is a mixture of ages with the average age of the port gradually increasing.
Please set up an appointment to visit with Bourassa Vineyards and enjoy a truly unique wine tasting and wine-education experience. As Vic Bourassa likes to say, “we look forward to sharing with you our passion for wine and commitment to quality. Cheers and celebrate life!”
